in both the residential and commercial markets in remediation and restoration. Must have own
tools, reliable transportation and a good working knowledge in demolition and re-builds. Excellent

General Carpenter – Handyman

We are hiring for a full time permanent Monday through Friday position. The successful candidate must be skilled with a good working knowledge of carpentry, drywall and general building knowledge including renovation and re-builds. Other skills like experience with installation of doors and windows, taping and painting would be a definite asset. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Project Manager - Mold & Water Remediation

We are looking for an individual that has an excellent work ethic and has a sound working knowledge in residential and commercial construction in order to make qualified decisions on what is causing the mold or water intrusion issues. Require completion of college, vocational or technical training, must be certified in AMRT and WRT. Having good computer, sales and estimating skills is a requirement, estimating size of jobs from $0 to $500,000. Preparation of estimates for labour and material costs, maintain a directory of suppliers and contractors, prepare estimates for general expenses, construction costs and all overhead costs. Must have a clean driver abstract and reliable transportation.
